Orders and Payments
All prices are listed on the website and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or policy violations.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store debit/credit card details, UPI credentials, or banking passwords.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Website Wallet
Users may fund their website wallet through Razorpay transactions. Wallet balances:
Are non-refundable to bank accounts.
Do not expire.
Must be used as a full payment method; partial wallet and card combination is not permitted.
Wallet usage is subject to system validation and fraud prevention checks.
Shipping, Cancellation and Returns
Shipping timelines are provided on the website and may vary by product and location.
Orders may be cancelled only before delivery through the user account dashboard.
Refunds are permitted in cases such as damaged or incorrect items delivered, provided a valid request is raised within 5–7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise specified. Approved refunds are processed within a reasonable operational timeframe.
